Heida Hermanns Voice Competition Winners

The Finals Concert of the Heida Hermanns International Voice Competition took place today at Westport Town Hall presented by the Connecticut Alliance for Music with support from the Westport Arts Center. There were six finalists in the event. The winners and their cash prizes included (l-r) Paloma Friedhoff Bello, honorable mention, $500; Kathryn Leemhuis, first place, $5,000; Abigail Mitchell, third place: $1,500; Katrina Galka, second place, $2,500; Jennifer Russo, honorable mention, $500, and Julie-Anne Hanula, honorable mention, $500.
