Going Down: 5 Hedley Farms Road

The house at 5 Hedley Farms Road, near Beachside Avenue, was demolished today. Built in 1961, the one-story contemporary had 4,118 square feet, was situated on a 7.27-acre property that overlooks Southport Beach and changed ownership in October 2011 at $4.1 million.
