Going Down: 35 Charcoal Hill Road
The house at 35 Charcoal Hill Road off North Avenue in Westport’s Coleytown area was demolished today. Built in 1933, the 1-1/2-story cape had 3,615 square feet, was situated on a 2.84-acre property and changed ownership in February 2008 for $1.4 million.
