Words of Advice from the Staples 2009 Salutatorian
![]()
Jonathan Choi, salutatorian of Westport’s Staples High School Class of 2009, addressed tonight’s baccalaureate ceremony and quoted the late film star James Dean who was killed in a car crash in 1955 at the age of 24. “Dream as though you will live forever, live as though you will die tomorrow,” he said. In his interpretation of that philosophy Choi, referenced the exceptional accomplishments and dreams of particular classmates who excelled in academics, theater, sports, technology and other disciplines. Choi will enter Harvard University in the fall. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com
