Scattered Power Outages Reported
UPDATE Today’s storm brought scattered power outages to Westport.
Connecticut Light & Power Compay said at 5:40 p.m. that all Westport customers were back on line.
A CL&P official said most of the late afternoon’s 19 outages were in the Rices Lane area where a breaker “tripped,” possibly because of a tree coming in contact with power lines.
