Sandra De Los Santos of Bridgeport, a former waitress at Westport’s Sherwood Diner, died Dec. 29 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport. She was 59.

Born March 27, 1953, the daughter of the late Charles and Shirley Ann Ettinger, she was a warm, caring, sweet mother of two and wife to surviving husband Ramon De Los Santos for 26 years, her family said.

She worked as a waitress for more than 18 years at the Sherwood Diner in Westport and later on took on a position as receptionist at Middlebrook Farms at Trumbull.

Besides her husband, she is survived by: daughter, Diana De los Santos, son, Stephen De Los Santos, two sisters Annette Boschma and Beth Dunn, as well as a host of extended family and friends.

Friends may greet the family Wednesday, Jan. 2, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Community Funeral Chapels, 798 Park Ave., Bridgeport, CT. 06604.

Interment will be private.
