Pauline E. Ralston of Westport died Jan. 17 at Norwalk Hospital. She was 97.

Born in Stamford to the late David and Clara Blackman, she was predeceased by her husband of 44 years, Charles J. Ralston, Sr. and three sisters.

Surviving are her children, Betty Schley and her husband Edward of Darien, Charles J. Ralston, Jr. and his wife Nellie of Sarasota, Fla., Charline Ziemba and her husband Frank of Hamden, Judy Thomas and her husband Joseph of Westport, four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a brother, David Blackman and his wife Edna of Norwalk.

Funeral arrangements are through Bouton & Reynolds Funeral Home, 2900 Summer Street, Stamford, CT 06905. There will be no calling hours and burial will be at Fairfield Memorial Park Cemetery, Oaklawn Avenue, Stamford, on Monday, Jan. 21.
