New U.S. Citizen and First Time Voter

Westporter Norakit Smitobol, a native of Thailand who just became a U.S. citizen, voted today in his first U.S. election at Green’s Farms Elementary School. Smitobol is recovering from knew surgery and his wife arranged with election officials to have a wheelchair ready when he arrived.
