Martha Stewart Puts Westport Home on Market for $9 Million
After months of rumors, Martha Stewart has put her 4-acre Westport “Turkey Hill” home on the market. Asking price: $9 million.![]()

The home at 48 Turkey Hill Road South was listed with William Raveis Real Estate, according to a Multiple Listing Service entry. It said the home has three bedrooms, two baths, is 3,168-square feet and sits on 4.03 acres.
Built in 1805, the property’s amenities include central air conditioning, a swimming pool, zoned temperature control, skylights, walk-in closets, a wet bar, a privacy fence, a barn, and a guest house.
Stewart lived in the home for more than 25 years until she went to prison last year. She later served her house arrest in her estate in Bedford, N.Y. While she was in prison, her mother lived in the Westport home.
Stewart served five months in prison and five months of home detention after she was convicted of obstruction of justice and conspiracy
