Chris Coogan and The Hoot Owls entertained Westport Woman’s Club members Monday at their December Luncheon. The Hoot Owls is a singing group of the Y’s Men of Westport and Weston who perform as many as 25 times per year at retirement homes, churches, senior centers and various clubs.
