Hales Road Bridge Project Finally Under Way
The first concrete sign of federal stimulus money has come to Westport. The state Department of Transportation has established a field office for the $4 million in improvements to the Hales Road Bridge over the Metro-North Railroad tracks. He said actual construction will begin in about a month and take about 18 months. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com
