H1N1 Flu Vaccine Offered Today at Health District
The Westport Weston Health District scheduled an H1N1 flu vaccine walk-in clinic today from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at its headquarters on Bayberry Lane.
Today’s clinic and one on Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. will be only for those who meet the state’s eligibility requirements, an announcement said.
The requirements, which are listed on the District’s Web site, give priority to pregnant women and all children 6 months to 18 years.
“We can only vaccinate those eligible per State of Connecticut eligibility requirements,” the announcement said. “Vaccine will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We are no longer taking appointments.”
