Arts Center Hosts ‘Cadmus Conversation’
The Westport Arts Center today hosted a ‘Cadmus Conversation’ in connection with its current “Muse” exhibit. Posing before the talk were (l-r) Peter Van Heerden, Arts Center executive director, Helen Klisser During, Arts Center visual arts director and exhibit curator, Philip Eliasoph, professor of art history at Fairfield University, Jonathan Weinberg, artist and art historian, artist Philis Raskind-Anderson, and her husband, Jon Anderson, the model who for years was the muse of the late artist Paul Cadmus whose drawings (rear) of Anderson are featured in the exhibit.
