Royal Winners
The Royals won the Westport Little League Minors Championship with a 7-0 victory over the Mariners in the best-of- three competition. They won the first game on Wednesday 10-8. During the regular season, these teams played an 11-inning, two-day marathon, with the Royals winning that one as well (1-1 tie after nine innings).
