Buy a $1.5m house and get a $20k car? Is this a sign the boom...at least for spec houses...is coming to an end?
No, it isn’t a sign of anything. I’ve been inside this house… the builder never should have put a home there, and they know it. Too big a house on too small a lot, too close to too busy a road.
Get the picture? It is a sideways, stupid house. The nice Specs are still selling.
I think the MINI is part of the deal because anyone who buys this house that owns even a normal sized sedan shouldn’t expect to navigate it in the narrow, “mini” driveway and garage.
