Police Arrest New Hampshire Fugitive

UPDATE Westport police today arrested a 27-year-old New Hampshire man wanted on charges of conspiracy to commit burglary and narcotics charges, police said.
William Boucher, a native of Manchester, N.H., was taken into custody without incident by detectives and members of the U.S. Marshal’s Service at an address on Lockwood Circle shortly after 6 a.m. on an extradition warrant, police said.
Police said they had received information that the suspect was possibly staying in Westport. He was held on $250,000 bond pending arraignment in Norwalk Superior Court, police said.
Westport police said he had outstanding warrants on narcotics and burglary-related charges.
