UPDATE Metro-North said New Haven Line service between New Haven and New York will resume Monday.
There will be limited AM Peak Service between New Haven and Stamford and regular weekday service between Stamford and New York, the railroad said.
New Haven Line service has been suspended between New Haven and Stamford since Saturday because rail cars have been caught in snow in New Haven. Service has resumed between Stamford and Grand Central Terminal.
First word of the resumption of the New Haven to Stamford service came from DOT Commissioner William Redeker on a conference call late today with municipalities. It was reported on the Town of Westport website.
